Burundi's coffees can be full of surprises. Their profile migh be complex as Kenya but as versatile as a top-flight Colombian. People often compare them to coffee from Rwanda but coffees from Burundi are brighter in acidity and offer very particular profile of their terroir that is clearly different from Rwanda's coffees. Our Kirema has great sweetness, beautiful rhubarb acidity with hint of raspberries.
